About Meraki

Meraki was started recently in 2021, a few short years after I fell into a position in Property Management and Tenancy Law. During my career as a Property Manager for an up and coming corporation, I learned many skills, and found my passion advocating for tenants and landlords alike as well as improving the condition of neglected rentals in our community. Over the course of my education, training, and the support of my fellow landlords I chose to do better for the small residential landlords of Cornwall and SD&G. I learned valuable lessons and strategies managing over 200 units, but quickly realized the need for support of the local small landlords. Creating Meraki will allow us to be that support and change the rental market image one home at a time. Striving for quality and accountability, the team here at Meraki believe in a better community for local renters and landlords alike. We want to help contribute to a better level of service that has not always been available in Cornwall. Cornwall is our home and proud of it! An unpolished gem that with a little love can be a beautiful place to live. Here at Meraki, we leave a piece of our heart in everything we do!
